What is a Lisfranc?

Lisfranc joint= five metatarsals, cuneiforms and cuboid

Dorsal and plantar tarsometatarsal and intermetatarsal ligaments

Lisfranc ligament= lateral aspect medial cuneiform to medial side second metatarsal

Twisting

Fall from height

RTA

Stumble in plantarflexion

Misstep down stairs

Pain

Swelling

Weight bearing

Foot Compartment syndrome

Deformed foot

Widening of foot

Joint unstable
